Welcome to Junior Camp…
where children in Kindergarten through 5th grade spend fun-filled days at the natural setting of our 350-acre campgrounds, located in Huntington, Long Island. Campers are encouraged to build new friendships, as well as develop confidence through carefully supervised small group activities. Camp trips are a part of the program, and our Junior campers are out exploring throughout the summer. Campers are picked up from Northeast Queens and Western Nassau County, where they begin their day.
Our action packed program provides a diverse array of sports and arts with a daily swim. We have 4 pools designed specifically for your child’s swim ability. All swim activities are taught and supervised by Red Cross certified water safety instructors, who work all summer to improve your child’s swim abilities. Our sports facilities include ga-ga, basketball, beach volleyball, field hockey, archery, plus 6 fields for soccer, softball, and baseball.
Elective programs allow your child to explore different activities and gain more concentrated skills in a variety of areas including gardening, sports, creative arts, dance and play production.
